Maria Berlingieri is originally from Argentina. She received her J.D. from Universidad Del Norte Santo Tomas de Aquino (San Miguel de Tucuman, Argentina) in 2010, and her Master of Laws (LLM) from Texas Tech University School of Law (Lubbock, Texas) in 2014. Ms. Berlingieri was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2015, and is an associate attorney in the firm. She is a member of the Oil, Gas & Energy Resource Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and the Midland County Bar Association. In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors, skiing, and spending time with her family and friends.

Aimee R. Tafreshi is from Austin, Texas. She received both her B.S. with honors in Advertising and J.D. from The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to moving to Midland, Aimee spent seven years practicing products liability litigation for multinational pharmaceutical clients, as well as construction litigation. Aimee is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of South Carolina. In her free time, Aimee enjoys reading a good book, anything on the water, cheering on the Texas Longhorns and spending time with friends and family.

R. Matt Ramsey is from Fort Worth, Texas. He received his B.S. in Finance from Trinity University in 2002, and his J.D. from Baylor School of Law in 2004. Mr. Ramsey is a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Matt is an avid film buff and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
